Back by request...it's THE GROTTO - Hump Day *snort* Edition

Well, I'm back from the hinterlands of West Texas and I see that y'all didn't get up to no good while I was gone.


And since Little Bit asked so nicely this morning the Grotto is open for business again. We've rounded up the cabana boys and girls, got the generator going, restocked the bar, and we are ready to rock.


It's Hump Day - so get to it. ;-)

I just got back from a matchbox twenty concert and it was awesome, except i couldn't find my friends when i got there so i wound up alone... for the whole night... :(

that really sucks. At least they were good...

To be a bit more detailed, I have all As in school (That's NEVER happened before...never. ever.) and I have a new crush on this girl, I saw her yesterday after school, and she said "hi" to me! That made my day...:D

We had a pretty good time last night. No short bus, but lots of new faces. I went over 2000 posts and never even noticed. :-) There was a little bit of teenagery angst and we had to implement a new rule - NO LOW SELF-ESTEEM IN THE GROTTO.

Have fun on your weekend trip. I'm traveling a bit this weekend too. My parents are coming down to Temple for a meeting and I'm driving up to see them. My mom's bringing me her old vacuum cleaner - mine dies about a month ago. *sigh* I have lots of hair. I shed worse than a cat. It's hell on vacuums. *embarassed sheepish look*

I just got fabulous news from my momma this morning. Looks like my little brother and his wife adn son are gonna come to Texas this year for xmas instead of us going to visit them in Florida. I'm pumped. That means we can do the big traditional xmas thing with all the family and friends in one place at the same time. I'm so happy about it I think I'm gonna bust. :-)

Lil Bit and LPFF will be good for each other, I think. Aren't they cute together. :D Makes me feel old, that's for sure. Also makes me wish we'd had the Internet when I was a teenager. My sexual awakening would have been much smoother, I'm sure.
