is very scary? Because the religious right, the legislative and executive branches seem bent on branding the judicial branch as "activist" Color me confused and disoriented!

6. Because the Schiavo case could be what turns the tide in this country.

The GOP miscaculated big time, and now they can't control the fundies they've been stroking for the last five years. They may lose support from all sides.
