Grrr...Rain doesn't even begin to describe today's weather
I just saw the satellite photo on the news - the province is obscured by the biggest, thickest cloud ever. Oh, and it's windy too. I'm afraid I'll get a concussion if I get outside.

5. It's not cold - just wet
My sunroof will definitely stay closed today. (Unless I decide to shower in my car. lol)

I'm feeling great. I'm going to have a busy weekend, but at least I get two Easter dinners. I'll finish the weekend playing Auntie yvr girl, my niece will be 4.....*wistfull sigh*....I remember when I was the centre of attention in the family.

Our long-term forecast is nothing but rain followed by showers. Yuck. I know we need it, cause we had a really dry winter, but I want to got out and play.

OK, I'M DONE WHINING NOW.

Anything interesting happen last night. Break any hearts? Destroy any illusions?

the worthy one was not about last night, and i'm really a one crush at a time person........ that's okay. i might have overdone it with the snap out of it thing. i just don't feel like being misunderstood is all. is it wrong to want to smack the stars out of someones eyes?

15. You have to learn how to juggle
You can smack the stars out of their eyes but you might disillusion them in the process. You'll find out if they are after you or the illusion...

of love for someone who doesn't exist. i've learned the difference.

20. Reality always emerges eventually
It sucks when it comes as a surprise.

Gotta go sweets. I need to grab my mask and snorkel and get about my day.

Have a good one.

3. It's finally clear here
We just had a week of rain, some of it really pounding down. Before that was a gorgeous few days of sun preceded by what seemed like forty days and forty nights of hard, cold rain.

I'm so sick of rain. I'm ready for unbearably hot!

10. It doesn't get unbearable on the west coast
It's the humidity back east that kills me.

12. Oh, I agree with you on that
And it certainly never gets unbearable to me here (bay area, cal). But people make me laugh - I'm from Vermont originally, where it gets very cold in the winter and hot and sticky in the summer yet people here, where the weather is really nice, are constantly complaining. "It's freezing out" is a remark that never fails to crack me up and then in the summer when it's a gorgeous 90 degrees and breezy with no humidity, they're bitching AGAIN! "It's too hot" :wtf:

4. Yeah! It's gotta be bad up there if it's raining down here.
And it looks like the thing for the next couple of weeks, at least. Good Luck! :hi:

13. You get WAAAAAY more rain
I watch all the time, since our weather report includes the Lower Mainland, and Vancouver Island, the Straights of Juan de Fuca, The Okanogan (Washington and BC). In Fahrenheit. And they point out a lot how "that system has just passed us by, and is just sitting over Vancouver Island and Vancouver."

19. I don't REMEMBER the last time we got snow of note
5, maybe 6 years ago? A wet snow that broke trees and went away in a day...There was a largish snow that sunk marinas and boats and broke carport and big flat rooves in 96 or 97, and before that, the surprise snow of-1990 I think. I don't think we get that much snow here-it's just we're such huge annoying babies about it and total and utter stupes about driving in it. Most of that has sprouted since the explosive growth in this area-too many people from warm places.
We've had a couple of hilarious "Storm Watch" news presentations where they're getting worked up for a huge storm they see approaching-then it suddenly gets sucked up to BC, and we get a few flakes and our 'News' teams look much stupider than usual. :D
