I've been sick all weekend so I finally got around to eating something.
Eggs: Sunnyside up Potatoes: Sliced thin and sauted in Extra Virgin Olive Oil with a lil Parmasean TV stirred in Toast: Oatbran, dry (I use it to scoop up the egg yolk)
Juice: Fresh juiced OJ/Grapefruit from my juicer
I still feel like crap but now I'm no longer hungry
But I have to pass on the runny eggs. I have to have mine scrambled,well done. Breakfast for dinner is good for a change now and then. :hi: We just had pizza here. :9
