Does anybody know how to cook a "partially cooked" ham?

Does anybody know how to cook a "partially cooked" ham?
It's a Butt Portion and 7 lbs. I've looked everywhere for a roasting chart, but I can only find fully cooked and uncooked. Why would they "partially" cook a ham anyway?

2. boil for 2 hrs w/o veggies - add veggies - boil for hr
works with almost anything

3. Cooking a Ham
I cooke alot of hams it always says to bake it 15min. per lb. at 350.Hope that helps.

9. 18 minutes per pound at 325
Pour cola over it and cover...baste every half hour with cola and cook for last half hour uncovered...garnish with pinapple rings
