1. All I do -
I mix sliced strawberries, sliced bananas, chopped apple, and halved grapes. For a dressing, I combine lite Cool Whip with lime or lemon juice (the amount depends on how much fruit you have) until it's pourable but still somewhat thick. I pour that over the fruit and stir until the fruit is thoroughly coated.

Sometimes I put chopped walnuts on top right before serving.

2. Anything with pineapples or apples would probably be
wonderful with the ham (Assuming you haven't decorated your ham with pineapples, then it might be a pineapple overload.)

3. The ham will be glazed
With brown sugar and a little mustard.

Good ideas.

6. You might look for a really sweet, syrupy sauterne for a dessert wine.
It would probably be expensive, and the wine may look pale yellow, but if it has "legs", it will compliment the ham, even as a dessert because the sauterne will have a fresh, sweet pineapple hint to it.

7. Thanks for the suggestion
I'm just getting ready to make a quick trip to the corner liquor store/wine shop, so I'll check it out.

9. fruit cocktail, bananas, canned pineapple
whatever is on hand really. I remember the above. You can also do it as sour cream with marshmallows, or part sour cream and part mayo.
Whipping cream (and don't even mention cool whip to me) can work too but it's awfully sweet. You wouldn't want to use all Whipping cream.

10. Mandarin oranges
Might go good with that, too. I like them with canned pineapple.
