1. I had a "Red Rummer" when I was in New Orleans.
That's a Red Bull on ice with Captain Morgan.

I'd shake it with ice, then pour into a glass. Also, my vodka is always kept in the freezer. So, no cubes in the glass. Final answer.

5. If you shake it with ice, then pour it out, it should be cold enough.
But then, I drink my drinks pretty quickly. :D Ice will dilute the drink and make it watery.
