Enough of the baseball talk already!
Pro sports players are all too often overpaid, self-indulgent babies with a dangerous selse of entitlement.

Let's focus on something more relevant, like sex, masturbation, japanese anime porn, favorite lyrics/movie lines, or hunting for feral kitties.

2. Sadly, sports is all we have left in this country.
There is always a winner, and loser.

The game is played fairly, and the Supreme Court doesn't get to decide who won...

6. Nah
I'm much more upset about a couple of jerks from Florida who don't know how to keep their mouths from running over. Having said that, I'll keep them on ignore until well after the World Series and eliminate Florida as a possible place to relocate.

7. yup! agreed
sports is the opiate of the masses. Getting really tired of the millions hooked to tvs, teams, this game or that, chattering endlessly about THEIR team, beating their chests in the refelcted glory of THEIR team. I have nothing against baseball, hockey, football etc., --the games themselves-- but hate the whole commercialization, the industry it has all become. yuk!

4. Plus it is so much fun!!
Marlins fans are a tiny, yet extremely easily needled bunch!
And to think that I had never even heard of the team until two weeks ago!!

Who needs Greens vs. Dems or Dean vs. Clark threads when there is this much fun to be had?

5. Hunting For Feral Kitties
Hunting for feral kitties sorta reminds me of the way the Yankees were hunting for a break today.
