someday, when I get my shit together, I'll get one from breed rescue.

My current dog, one of them, has a newfie coat, but he's alot smaller.

4. Newfoundland dogs
fall into the category of "gentle giant" from what I understand. The house here would be too small for one. I've been told I should never own a dog because I don't understand them. I said if I ever got a dog it would be a lab or a golden. As a perennial cat person, perhaps I can't understand them--I understand cats only too well.

5. My apt. is sort of with 3. Mother in law apt.
The owner owns us all and good to us all. My dog is not as big as the Newfoundlands head. They are so easy and nice dogs but messy. Carry a wet cloth to clean your self and you need a big yard popper scooper. Besides that they are even easier than Great Danes.I have had them.
