I need to download Open suite for windows.

Where can I do that? I tried one site but I can't get it installed. Can any of you help me?

4. I did that.

Then all I get is some thing on my computer with a bunch of files I can't understand. All I want to do is use the word processor. I'm getting really frustrated because I have a lot to do on it and not much time.

Any advice?

Oh, and I hate computers.

5. Hmmmm, I remember OpenOffice was a little weird to set up.

Unfortunately I don't recall exactly what I had to do.

Is there an icon for it on your toolbar or does it show up when you open "all programs?"

6. Actually, I got it now.

The install file was at the bottom. The waaay bottom. Great place to automatically put something so important, eh?

For internet/email there's Mozilla at www.mozilla.org
For office there's Openoffice at www.openoffice.org
etc. etc.
