I can 'bearly' CAPTION a prediction

W: dang, we at the White House had no idea what was going on in California ... we should have planned something ... we'll paste something together ... maybe we'll may play some good-cop, bad-cop with Ahhhnold asking for money ... and, we'll play sort of hard-to-get while schmoozing it up together a la Hollywood for photo-ops ... of course, we'll give the money ... but, playing hard to get might pump up Ahhhnold's hero image as a governator ... which will rub off onto my great image ... I am Ahhhnold, Ahhhnold is me ... koo koo ka choo ...

make a GIF out of this where the bear mauls AWOL whenever he moves his lips.

then we can make every wetback pay about 5 pecos or tacos or something to get in and then we advertize for wetbacks in their favoritewetback magazines and Zappta movies and so forth with Yul Bremmer, we say only 5 smackos or whatever even though that's a year's pay maybe, but it's cheap at twice half the cost, if you ask me, and even though I haven't run this by anyone, I thought that since California is having such a hard time "making ends meet,' as they say (which I always thought was a naughty cliche), then you guys could start cashing in right away. Take a few minutes and think about it . . ."
