All I ever eat at IHOP is breakfast... wouldn't know about the rest of the food there.

I guess it depends on your definition of "fancy," though. Maybe:

fastfood -> IHOP -> "casual dining" place like Fridays -> kinda fancy restaurant -> fancy restaurant -> ridiculously fancy restaurant

13. IHOP is where you go to eat poorly in the middle of the night...
After drinking for hours and getting some strange. I don't think it's fast at all. It's actually one of the slowest places when it comes to getting your food.
