Just realized something about Reno 9-1-1 last night.
The criminals are played by the same actors that play the cops. Frinstance- The actress who plays the cop Wangel (little Ms. Bean type lady) also plays the drugged out, bewigged prostitute with the eye patch.

4. Awesome show, by the way.
I routinely say, in my merry wonderment, "I think this is the best show I've ever watched" while it's on.

8. LOL you're right
I just remembered just a little over a month ago I had to go through Reno on I-80 when I moved from CA to IL. I stopped for gas there and I swear the guy behind the counter at the gas station looked like he was straight out of Deliverance.
Course, it WAS a gas station. Guess you could see that guy at a gas station anywhere in the US.
Wait a minute...I've worked at TWO gas stations.

10. Just to be fair to yourself
not all the criminals are played by the same actors. A few of them are...like that really crazy lady-whore with the big blond wig....I've seen the black lady play one...a few others.

13. I suspected something like that
because the bad guys looked the same every week. This show truly has its moments, like when the psycho cop finally meets his long lost daughter on his birthday by coincidence. It is the best satire on the emptiness of existence I've ever seen.

16. But it wasn't really his daughter.
She was just a stripper that Dangle hired (for $79 - sorry, my right parentesis is not working- to pretend she was Garcia's daughter. Garcia didn't know the difference - totally empty existence!

14. And Niecy Nash (a/k/a Deputy Williams) plays...

...Titi, the whacked-out black woman.

As for the other deputy, her name is "Wiegel," not "Wangel."
