3. Yeah,
I've seen it before, but my wife just e-mailed it to me this afternoon. I guess her boss sent everyone a memo on spell-checking reports, and they sent this back to her.

2. I think another condition to reading this is that the
number of letters has to be the same as the correct spelling, so you can't just add random letters. It is really interesting, though the way the mind works.

I know my friends who teach elementary school rejoice when the little ones get fluent in their reading. Probably because they can do this little trick!
