and I'm a hardcore Democrat. So, let that balance it out. I own about 40 games - love my XBox.

Heck, I've got a wireless LAN set up between myself and my brother in law's house (4 houses down, & across the street) and we play Halo against each other on the XBox all the time. Oh yeah, he's a Democrat, too. So's his wife (she plays on occasion, as well)

So, see, XBox does not automatically = scum of the eart.... err, umm, Republican.

I am an Xbox gamer, on Unreal Championship I akways have a 75 frag, 30 minute deathcmatch open, it's one shot, one kill with the shock rifles.My Live gametag is the same here n DU,step up or shut up, that's all I have to say for any challengers :evilgrin:

14. PCs are my choice
I've got a W98 partition just for that purpose. Plus I've got another PC I put together with spare parts that will support DOS games, like Quake, Redneck Rampage, or Doom. Pretty expensive toy, though.

PC has the best games by far. They're also more customizable and internet playable.

The Xbox is the best current console system but you have to pay for internet connectivity. PS2 has far more games and you don't have to pay extra for online play.

If you have to pick just one console go with the PS2.

Sim games suck on a VG box, and I'm too old to figure out all the buttons.

I was a huge vidiot back in the 80's, but Mortal Combat killed it for me. I couldn't remember what all the buttons did.

My saturn is sitting on to pmy comp, my genesis above it, my super nintendo to my right, xbox and ps2 in front of me, nintendo on my moniter, atari 2600 above it! Waiting for my master system from my bro. The araris are way underatted, but i think videogames came into thier own during the nintendo/master system era, most ataris games have very little replay value. Also got an unplugged dreamcast on my printer...

17. Well I have 3 platforms
PC, XBOX and PS2. The PC is the best but in terms of just a gaming console, the XBox blows the PS2 out of the water. I voted for Xbox however, because I dont consider the PC a "gaming platform"

How can you say no to a console that never had any problems playing it's games (like the original NES) and cartridges that weren't CDs you could ruin? With games like Chrono Trigger, Metal Combat, Ogre Battle?

The only thing the SNES didn't have was Unreal Tournament. Had it UT, it would be the perfect console.

other than PC, I would vote sega gen, super n, and saturn. Videogames nowadays choose style over substance, I enjoy Xbox games, but nintendo games still have more replay value.

eduit: for spelling, and I chose PC cause you can emulate EVERY SINGLE SYSTEM ON PC

It's pretty awesome, that's for sure. But I'm using a Celeron-powered notebook, which has just enough to run it. I'd like to see it run at a higher frame rate.

22. Not the Sports games
Much more depth then the older versions. Sports games have cool substance and lots of cool features, the best video game is NCAA Football 2004.

23. I love my Game Cube.
It's technically my husband's, but I use it the most. All I play is Animal Crossing because I suck at anything else. AC is nice and slow paced, and nobody dies.
