Today's Get Fuzzy/Pearls before Swine strips - April Fools Gag?
I haven't been able to figure out how to transfer the strip itself so here are the links to the two strips. I know that the two cartoonists have a professional friendship so I imagine that this was planned well in advance to happen on April Fools day.

Truth be told, I don't think I would have noticed the "hook" if the two strips didn't appear almost side by side in a local DC area paper.

IMHO, I think the PBS comic comes off funnier although that could be due to me liking PBS a little bit more than GF.

5. Just looked through the Washington Post's comic section (3 pages)
and it seems at this point it's Pastis (PBS), Conley (GF) and Amend (Foxtrot) who worked together on the gag.

Given that Doug Adams helped Pastis in his early days I'm kind of surprised that "Dilbert" didn't do it as well since it seems like a perfect vehicle for Dogbert.
