2.29 a gallon here in SW Michigan
The natives are restless..just filled up my car and heard people saying OUT loud, they cannot afford this, when will their wages go up to offset the price, etc.. Natives are restless here in rural USA...

5. I only make 9 dollars an hr
work 40 hrs a week..I have to drive 37 miles to work..at this rate I figger I am working 2 whole days to pay for gas to go to work.

6. Gas up another four cents overnight here.
It's between 2.139 and 2.209 right now for regular unleaded. We have GOT to unload my husband's Camaro! That damn thing is supposed to run on high octane, which is 20 cents higher than the regular.

You don't have to pay for gas if you don't drive a car, and in Europe, not having a car is actually a viable option.:eyes:
