My cat would rather stay outside than inside, and she refuses to eat...
her cat food. Yet she is growing huge, and is obviously eating SOMETHING.

I live in the woods, and on the edge of the woods is our large fallow field. I see her out in the field, prowling, as if she's tracking prey.

I can only conclude that she's a good mouser. We haven't had a single mouse in the house since she's become an adult kitty.

Is this ok for her?

3. Meaning that she could be preggers?
Not my kitty. She's got no ovaries. :-)

4. Maybe you have a neighbor who offers yummier nummies? I've
seen that happen before. :^)

5. LOL! Not unless she's walking up the road about a mile.
I don't have any close neighbors.

My kitty did leave a dead mouse on the mat a couple of months ago. I'm starting to put two and two together...I think that she wanted to share a meal with me. :)

6. Hunting and munching her kills not bad for her

so long as you remember to worm her regularly. Cats living off the land can pick up parasites from their prey.

And make sure her shots (definately include Rabies vacination) are ALWAYS kept current.

edited for typo... Gads I am tired
