Corn & Cheese
They go together well. That is why we have nachos! That is one reason why Mexican food is so good. But now, I have a new idea:

GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH MADE WITH CORNBREAD AND CHEESE.

Thank you. Thank you very much, ladies and gentlemen.

Thank you. Thanks.

Idea of the century.

I am most grateful.

You're very kind.

Thank you.

GOOD NIGHT!

Floog

3. It's the "ABYSINTHE Principle" all over again!
Good Abysinthe is a strong neurotoxin + the antidote, perfectly balanced in 100-proof spirits...

GOOD Mexican food follows the same formula: A strong, poop-binding cheese, mixed with JUST the right amount of bowel-loosening CORN...in a tasty fried-flour matrix!

MMM, mexican food...That's some SATISFYING pooping!

4. Won't the cornbread fall apart when you do that?
Not to go all Alton Brown on yo' ass, but it seems structurally unsound.

5. Okay
Put together a cornbread mixture. Instead of putting it in a baking or muffin pan, pour a little of it into a medium hot, buttered skillet, like you're making a pancake. Toast on one side, then flip it over, like a pancake. Toast the other side. Remove when done. Repeat.

THEN, put cheese between the two cornbread "pancakes" you have made, put it in the skillet, cover, reduce heat and then pull it out when the cheese is melted.

VOILA!

CORNBREAD GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH.

Thank you. Thank you very much. God bless you. Ladies and Gentlemen.
