heading out to the store soon.

am thinking Enchilada's for tonight and wild mushroom Manicotti for tomorrow

If you like mole on your enchiladas, Trader Joe's sells an excellent (and spicy) mole rojo in a jar. You just mix it with broth-it's yummy! :9
I like to make my own mole, but this does in a pinch.
