Simon & Garfunkel Concert

My partner and I went to the Simon & Garfunkel concert last night.

IT WAS GREAT!!!! If you get the chance, don't pass it up and definitely go see them.

The Everly Brothers were there too and were great!

songs included - Scarborough Fair, Bridge over Troubled waters, Mrs. Robinson, Sounds of Silence and they did the Boxer for an encore

Everly Brothers did Wake up little Susie and All I have to do is Dream

Definitely worth the money.

1. sigh...

I would LOVE to see them. I've seen Paul Simon a few times and he's great. Unfortunately, the only place they're playing near me is the San Jose Arena - I went there ONCE for a concert and the acoustics were so bad, I vowed never to go back.

My all-time major fave, David Bowie, is playing there, and I won't even pay to see him there because the venue is so awful. It's a shame.

2. Going in Philadelphia!

My wife and I are going with our parents...floor seats, nonetheless.

By the way, if you ever get a chance to see a full Everly Brothers show, DO IT. We went last year, and they sound EXACTLY the same. It was an amazing show.

3. Couldn't get tickets!

For the concert in Philly. SOB!! Only ones left were way too much money. I've seen S in concert, I've seen G in concert, but not S&G together.

for the concert schedule? Have their voices held? I've heard performers who age and sometimes it's better to simply retain the memories you have of them from your youth.
