The world needs a pope that would truly speak for the people right now. It could make a difference in the direction we are going.

Just watching how the Church has retreated from Vatican II in the last thirty years plus has made me so sad. And, I suspect that will continue, much to the disillusionment of good Catholics.

But, we can hope, eh?
