14. Are you kidding?
In this context "unauthorized" means "unintentionally hysterical."

And it was..

7. OK, I'm still getting the hang of Lounge posts, so forgive me
if I'm just supposed to supply quips here. But I saw a preview of this the other night and was actually sort of intrigued, because the guy they got to play Williams looks like he does a fabulous impersonation.

I've enjoyed the other pastiches of 60s/70s sitcoms--especially the one they did about Batman. The Gilligan's Island and Brady Bunch "docs" were pretty good, too. I doubt this latest installment will be the same kind of campy fun, though, if the preview is anything to judge from. It was all "He was a rising comedy star, but behind the scenes, his life was falling apart!" Unintentionally campy, maybe...

9. Scoff if you must...(hearing scoffing noises back there)
but it is actually pretty good. The guy playing Williams is spot on and it is funny. Commercials will eventually do me in, but so far so good...

10. Mindy/Pam
used to have a log cabin that she spent summers in that was between Walton and Sidney Center in Delaware County, NY. When I saw her in a store, I considered the option of jumping up and down, and screaming hysterically, "There she is! It's her! It's Yoko Ono!", as Yoko owned farms in the area, too. It was a fleeting thought, which probably never would have past through my grey matter again, had I not read this thread.

11. Wow
A major event in TV history!
</sarcasm>

If this beats whatever may be running on C-SPAN at the time it'll be overachiving.
