How did I ever miss RATM's "Renegades" CD?
Here I was thinking I had all the CDs and DVDs, when a guy at the shooting range starts talking about the CD they did of covers.

:wtf:

So I get a copy and I'm blown away. Their homage to their roots - Eric B and Rakim, Afrika Bambaataa, Cypress Hill, Devo (Devo?!?!!), The Stones, Dylan ... just blew me away.

Zack de la Rocha come back ... we LOVE YOU!

1. Yes, how did you miss it?
I love "renegages of funk" and "maggie's farm".

2. How *did* you miss that?!
Great CD, great group... their music makes me so energized and full of anger in a want-to-do-something-about-it kinda way!

3. I know what you mean ...

4. Yeah, I hear that
Offspring does it for me, as well as Rage. Killing in the name of was my favorite song to crank and disappear behind when my parents used to fight. Especially the 'fuck you I won't do what you tell me!' part :D

5. Maggie's Farm is an awesome cover.
And it thumps on a good system.
