Depression
Could someone who's dealt with depression dispense some advice on the matter? Once you get out of the slump how do you stay out? Any place on the web one can recieve anonymous help?

2. there is clinical depression and serious depression
clinical can be helped by temporary use of anti-depressives or therapy alone; SERIOUS depression is in no way a "slump" - it is ongoing and usually must be treated with both drugs and therapy.

Why do you need to be anonymous? Depression is serious and should be evaluated by a doctor.

If you Google on 'depression' there is lots of good info to be found.
