April, after Easter, forecasted for nearly 60 degrees today
And I saw a woman wearing black tights w/ her dress.

Now, I can see black nylons in the evening, but a spring day.... black tights? It looks funny to me.

Am I overly critical?

1. Urban uniform
I think in New York, D.C. etc. black is just the office uniform. I wouldn't think twice about seeing black tights around here.
