7. I haven't had more than 1-2 days a week of 5+ hours sleep in a
couple of years. The doc's want to give me pills, but that's just not a real option in my world. I spend 1-2 hours a day in a somewhat meditative state to make up for it.
Last night I slept really well but that is unusual. I am going for the warm milk now and will hope for the best. I am getting sick of dragging my tired self around all day- it's hard to focus and my productive hours are getting few and far between. i have meditative time too but it doesn't come close to making up for a good nights sleep.
There has been a sudden and shocking switch in temperatures where I live... 30s one day, 70s the next (at least that is how my body feels it).
I'm going to try meditation tonight to see if I can place myself into a colder state of mind. For whatever reason, I think it will help with my insomnia.
