2. You should be allowed to shoot them....or trap them humanely.

I understand the local police will loan you a Hav-a-fart traps and you can take them to the police to have them humanely neutered and released into the wild.

3. Luring them into traps with beer works.

Kind of like snails, except there are certain brews so bad that snails will not fall for them Use these beers (e.g. "Coors Lite") and you will ensure you are not drowning any harmless snails.

They wouldn't know good beer anyway so, I'm thinking Milwaukee's Best or Natural Light would be the best lure for them.

Oh, and throw in some bbq pork rinds.

5. Exactly. With good brew you will trap snails too

and you really don't want to kill any snails.
