2. I haven't made it in ages
I can give you the ingredients I remember but the amounts are sort of by eye.

Large can of salmon
onion, green pepper, carrots grated
an egg
breadcrumbs

I used those little aluminum loaf pans and baked for maybe a half hour to 45 minutes.

It's been years since I made it. Hope it helps start you.

5. I only know how to make salmon patties,
but I suppose you could put it in a loaf pan and bake it????

couple cans salmon, couple eggs, crushed saltines, a little milk if you use too many crackers. Mix it up and try baking in a greased loaf pan. Serve with ketchup and fried shredded potato crisps. And canned spinnach with a touch of bacon grease.

10. I can't find the old cookbook
but I agree on the length of time come to think about it. I typed from a note not the book. The salmon is already cooked so all you'd need to worry about are the eggs. I'd say 35-40 minutes. As I recall the loaf should be slightly browned on top. The recipe is for a small loaf pan (1qt) so judge your need from that I guess.

p.s. I forgot add also 1 1/2 tblsp minced onion.
