maps.google.com makes you feel like a GOD

It is a new beta test site. It gives you a good satellite view you can move around with your mouse. It's like you're flying!

I just looked straight into a red hot volcano in Hawaii. Holy shit!

To use it, use your mouse to move what you're interested in on the map to the center of the screen. The use the zoom, and keep adjusting your target to the center. When you're ready, you can choose "satellite view" in the upper right hand corner. Use the mouse to sweep the satellite view. You can switch between map and satellite to see where you are.

I could play with this all day. It is truly amazing.
