3. There are plenty of worse shows out there than the OC

First, I'd take all these "reality" shows and BAN THEM FROM TELEVISION--FOREVER and fire and blacklist all their producers. Then, I'd limit each network to one cop show per season. Just one, take your pick. Then I'd renew American Dreams for five more seasons.
