7. I don't need to wake my cat for meals
They have this six sense that if I even go near cupboard where I keep the cat food, my 2 stinkers are right by my feet meowing up a storm like 2 children who were left to starve on the streets!

12. Ours, too
At 7am and 10pm, our cats hold vigil by the bowl. Coleman cries like he has not had food in days...Even though when we come home from work at 6pm, he starts begging at the treat cupboard until we BOTH give him treats.

20. I thought only my cats did it and I can go one further
On the weekdays I usually feed the cats around 6:30am (before I go to work). It seems these cats actually know what days I'm up early because even on weekends if I'm up early they know they probably won't get fed until later that day (which btw, is their wet food, there is always plenty of dry food left in the dish).

22. Again, yes
They have dry food 24/7 and the canned 2x a day.

One the weekends, we sleep in until they just can't take it. Usually Ellie will get on the nightstand and bore a hole into Mr B's skull. And Coleman will sit on the cedar chest and the end of the bed and nibble on my toes until we wake up.

6. all your cats are belong to me!
I think I've had every single one of those kitties at one point or another over the past decades, and still have the tuxedo and the calico.

I miss my other fur babies - but they would be, like, 203 years old now in cat years if they were still alive. As it was most of them croak right around the time they turn 140 to 147 for me.

19. Ahhh, I love them!
Kitty pictures always make me smile...and swoon a little. :loveya:

The black and white kitty looks like Monty's (my avatar) sister. But, alas, she's 3 and I haven't seen her since she was 6 weeks old.

26. I'm finally getting a new kitty!
My old girl passed away in arms last November and it's taken me this long to get up the nerve to try again. Bear in mind, she had been with me for 20 years. But in 3-4 weeks, the kitty upstairs will be old enough to leave her mother and then, she'll be mine! I'm so excited. I've missed having a companion to come home to. She's one of three, and I picked her by holding all of them. She was the one that settled down immediately into my arms and purring. She's only 4 weeks old now, and what a cutie! Light grey with a dollop of white.
