3. I go up to the window and stare at the teller repeating
Tick-tock tick-tock tick-tock until I'm dragged out of the building by a man in a large padded suit.

2. Why do you hate America?
If it weren't for the tax stamps on the tea boxes in Boston Harbor, gawd would have chosen some OTHER nation to make great!

Lucky b'stard! I've downloaded all your videos btw, since you refuse to show them 'ere across the pond.

The Ferrari Enzo was a great episode btw, too bad you had that other wanker do it instead.

16. Actually,
I've seen a few chopped-up "Fifth Gear"s offered on the Speed Channel on OnDemand; but I too can only see "Top Gear" via the delightful gremlins who torrent it out to the universe. I also heard that "TG" filmed a set of shows for the US market earlier this year, but I have no idea when or where they'll air...

5. Well you can collect them and ...
... then they become more valuable. Checks and creditcards simply expire when you leave them for too long. (Just checking my cards whether they are still valid. Pfff...)

And you have all different sorts in all different colours. Not like banknotes which all look the same.

11. there is a built in efficiency for the post office
We buy them, then loose them. As a result the PO earns more in revenue for stamps than the cost of delivering the actual letters. And don't believe for a second that they haven't thought about this.

12. Well, we do lose them, but if we keep them too long we have to buy
1 or 2 cent stamps on top of them, all of which is spent by the Post Office in the 20 second transaction it takes to pay the teller to sell them, so it's a complete waste of freakin time!
