This is Abd al-Aziz al-Rawi al-Salih Ammash. He is the third cousin of Saddam Hussein, twice removed.

bush apparently forgot to give out orders to get him. Or didn't care about getting him. And Abd has been busy hiding the WMDs in Bill O'Reilly's "spider hole."

Why does bush hate America?
