Mrs Matcom told me she is a "DU Widow"

she was laughing about it yesterday

she said there are "Golf Widows", "Sunday Football Widows", "Work Widows", etc.... but sometimes she felt like a "DU Widow" cause EVERY day that she comes home from work (i get home 15 minutes ahead of her) i am a sittin' in front of DU!

told her that i know more about thongs and asses thanks to DU and that was good for our marriage. in effect, she owes her happiness to DU! :D

We have agreed to take a long vacation to someplace where there are no computers.

I ask him about his EverCrack progress. By the time he gets through his (long, boring) description of his (tedious) game, he's fine with my DU and usenet activity, and laughs.

3. Ha! I've gotten that too

Of course our computer at home is so slow I don't spend much time on it, plus what with the box to watch and all. My wife plays Spider (freecell on steroids) and on-line cards a lot so she has nothing to complain about.

The greatest day of her life might just have been when Crossfire was moved to 4:30 in the afternoon. She wasn't a fan of coming home to me screaming at the box, we watch West Wing now.

my DU habit in now way compares to his golf/football habit.

DU keeps us healthy-it's better that I argue with the occasional freeper than bitch at John for not cleaning up after himself.

At least she has a fighting chance to distract you--I don't. If the house were burning down, they would have to make an announcement on NFL Sunday Ticket for him to notice.
