3. My 31% for RC is barely enough for me..
to stay there. I guess I could - I think my liberal stances on abortion and homosexuality really lowered the score. That and the fact I think God is a force (not an old man,) and that you don't have to strictly adhere to doctrine to be rewarded. I also don't think you have to confess to others.

6. Really, I took it again, answering the way I thought the Pope would
and I scored 100% RC. If that test is accurate it means that I know what the RC church believes, but I do not believe it myself.

became #10. I remember answering that God has some role in the world's development, but I don't believe the Bible is all fact, in spreading my religion all over, or that only a restricted group will go to Heaven.

Certainly some of the ones 60% or over would be out of the picture entirely where I'm concerned.

9. Man can't be without his mythology...same as it always was.
Edited on Wed Apr-20-05 02:09 AM by NoMoreMrNiceGuy
This will be the 3rd time I've told this story tonight and I will continue to relate it until I see no more posts about religion(mythology).

To all christians:
Being a good christian I'm sure you know the bible well and know the story of Moses receiving the 10 commandments on the mount. Remember when god looked down from the mount and saw the people were sinning and worshipping the golden idol? Guess what the supreme being did when he saw this...he got MAD(lol..a god gets mad? What a low emotion for such a supreme being)...wait it gets much worse...he tells moses he will wipe out these stiffnecked people and raise up a new people for moses to lead(apparently, god doesn't have to follow his own rules...THOU SHALT NOT KILL). Wait...this will kill you....Moses a lowly mortal talked god out of killing the people with superior logic. Read the bible if you don't believe me....a person talked the creator of the universe out of doing something. Will people believe anything as long as they are promised that they will live forever in a paradise? Let examine this closer...god can see time from beginning to end therefore he should have know what moses was going to say before he said it and therefore shouldn't have made an ass out of himself by saying such STUPID AND EVIL THINGS to begin with. Time to put away the fairy tales people. But I'm certainly not the brightest person in the world maybe you can explain to me where I'm going wrong. Maybe I should just have faith and shut the fuck up. Did I flunk the religion test?
