Well, it involves a little white lie on your part, but it's simple. Here's how:
Take a look at the morning paper/blog/DU and locate a story that highlights the outrageous/hypocritical/anti-worker - American/whatever shit that is flowing out of some RW nutjob that day. It might be Sean Hannity coaching his RW guests so they look good, it might be some RW idiot cutting pay or benefits for vets. You get the idea.
Now, armed with that info, you approach your RW acquaintances and say, "Boy, sometimes I wonder how I stay a Dem. Did you hear that during commercial breaks, Alan Colmes of Hannity & Colmes coaches his guests on Fox so they'll look better delivering their talking points? Even I think that's outrageous!"
Of course, your RW friend will nod in agreement! "Yeah. That's those liberals for you! You don't see Sean Hannity doing that. Sean's an honest man. You'd never catch him doing shit like that!""
To which you reply, "Oh, sorry. Did I say Alan Colmes? I meant Sean Hannity. Yeah. The story was in the NY Daily News today. They caught it all on tape."
Then watch their heads spin...
