Sonofabitch, I finally have a couple days off in a row

I have had two days off since early March, and no vacation since July, and I'm getting worn down... I'm looking forward to a couple days off with almost nothing to do!

time someone answered! Good for you...it's always worth having time off, just to clear your mind and let you out in the daylight. Hope the weather is good where you are, and that you can get out and enjoy yourself!

I spent most of today going through a huge ass pile of personal filing and other things that have been piling up, and getting some laundry and cleaning done. As well as a nice liesurely lunch of barabcued burgers and broccoli. :-) Now, I'm reading through my backlog of newspapers and enjoying a Martini while listening to the birds and other animals from the swamp/drainage area right outside my patio.

It's quite nice!

Tomorrow, if it's nice, I'll put the top down on the convertible and take a nice long ride to retrieve my bicycle from it's storage pen and see some relatives while I'm in that town.
