of their music. They ARE the banality of evil! And, now that :rant: I'm set off, I'd like to say a word about the music in NPR, you know the transitions they do between stories. Before I turned radio off altogether for SIRIUS, I'd occasionally try to listen to the NPR news. Then they'd play this bull shit music between stories, cutesy crap that just pissed me off, pounding the dash (it's padded, NBD), and wishing I'd come face to face with the f'er who programmed it. :grr: I know that he's out there somewhere, no woman could be the supercilious. Just pisses me off...but Manhattan Transfer, well they epitomize everything awful about bad music. They probably lack any vices whatsoever and they'll be performing the senior circuit forever. I'm :grr: getting steamed up just thinking about it!

Thanks for sharing that, NoMoreMrNiceGuy. The only reason I don't destroy my radio is I need it as a tuner for SIRIUS (and no I don't give a damn about AAR leaving; give me Big Eddie, some red meat, and Tom Hartmann any day). ARggg
