What music is playing on the elevator in your own personal hell?
And who is the elevator operator?

Mine? The extended 12" remix of "Abracadabra" by Steve Miller. Followed up with "Gloria", by Laura Branigan.

And my freshman football coach is at the controls. He was quite the asshole, he was.

How about you?

As long as you have partial lyrics to any song, you can google it.

11. Any completely drugged out remnant of a 60s
band member. As for the music, well, I don't want to give anyone an ear worm, but I have a very volatile reaction whenever I hear "It's a Small World." It's bad enough going through the Disney attraction with a bunch of kids singing it, but away from there, it's just plain torture that should be covered by the Geneva Convention.

Try getting stuck on that damned ride for 3 1/2 hours and them not letting
you off. I swear, to this day, if I ever see an Eskimo kid, I'm going to punch it in the face.

Y'all think I may be off my rocker a bit, but I mean seriously people. This song stirs feelings of hatred towards mankind. I may need therapy.

Bobby McFerrin. Great talent, but I still have flashbacks from when that f*@3ing song was on the radio every 5 minutes.

On a related note, thank god (aka Steve Jobs) for iPods.

21. Hrm...
That Usher song with the lyrics "yeah, yeah yeah, yeah, yeah..." I loathe that song.

The elevator operator... a super-conservative religious type who spends the whole time explaining to me why I should be submissive and wear skirts and on and on and on....

Basically, the worst two aspects of my previous job :)

Oh why won't It's All In My Head get out of my head :argh:.

The operator would be a woman at my job who insists on trying to tell me every time I see her about how her feet hurt because her feet are wide to begin with her bunions make them extra-extra wide so she can't find a decent pair of shoes x(.

27. All the whiny, depressive sounds of alternative rock...with an occasional
foray into goth rock.

The elevator operator is a young, sneering, peppy MBA who's "on the way up."
