http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=6172774744

I told you I was going to list my Pope-tato on Ebay! And I did.

Tell your friends! Alert the media! (Please.)

2. Cool! Minor typo (not being spell-check nazi, but...)
Crucifix Revealed On Same Day Now Pope Was Elected!

Maybe should be "...New Pope Was Elected!"

I mean, if the media is going to be all over this, you want to be spellerriffic.

Nominating for "Greatest Page" BTW...

Edited on Sat Apr-23-05 12:56 PM by arwalden
... do when they ship their frozen steaks and dinners and desserts. The dry ice and the container will probably cost more than the actual shipping costs itself. I'm guessing about $30 for the whole thing... but that's just a guess.

I've never shipped a holy popetato before, so this will be a learning experience for me.

It's a cross. You may want to edit that. A crucifix will have the body of Jesus on it. Cross appeals more to fundies anyway, though Catholics are very much into the signs stuff like Marian visions.

Good luck! What's the reserve???

62. Thanks... But The Choice Of Words Was Intentional...
... so that the listing would appear in more search results. You'll see that in the actual listing I used the word "cross" in my headline.

One extra search term could mean the difference between someone seeing it (and hopefully bidding) and not seeing the listing at all. Thanks again for the clarification.

26. A little suggestion...
You may want to add a line such as the following:

"Not only is this cross of Jesus a natural God-made formation, but providense and God's hand must have guided mine as I sliced it because cutting it at any other angle would not have revealed this divine miracle."

42. That's Excellent...
... and I've added it to the original HTML document that I used to create the listing. But... unfortunately, after an item has received bids, the actual listing itself cannot be edited.

Anyway, if it doesn't sell, then Ebay allows me to list it again for free... and if I do, then your suggestion will be included.

Thanks for your help!
