Is there favoritism at your work place ?
Is there favoritism at your work place ? Are there people at work who are goody goody with the boss , who don't do any work , who get away with doing nothing , just collecting a paycheck ? Don't you wanna smack him and say " hey I work my butt off everyday , why can't you ? "

This is something that has been happening at my job in my department . Its gotten so bad that we are planning on talking to the senior director at Human Resources because its a company violation with everything that is concerned in the situation . Basically the rest of us employees are sick of seeing certain people get away with doing absolutely nothing just because they are " dating " , " shagging " , " creeping " ( insert your own word here ) with someone who is a favorite of one of our co-ordinators . They don't have to do any work , while if the rest of us just get a cup of water we get scolded as if we are lazy . They don't have to come back from lunch on time , because they are eating lunch with the bosses . We are sick of this S!@# . Its clearly seen that to get your way around the company you really have to sleep your way around .

6. I work for a failrly large private company
and nepotism runs rampant around here. There is one family that I am pretty sure is breeding workers....lol

Husbands and wives, brothers and sisters, father and sons, and mother and daughters work here together.
