Poll question: How much does my boss rule?

Okay, so just before five one of my co-workers says "James wants you to stay here for 15 minutes, he wants to talk to you about something." Now it's Friday, it's five, everyone has gone home.... I'm thinking, "Oh shit I'm in trouble or we're talking about a change with someone else." So, he comes in and hands me a bottle of 21-year-old Glen Fiddich and tells me thanks for the hard work this week and great job and all that.

Man I love independent radio.

So, how much does my boss rule?
