6 Fuzzy Navels and 1 Lemon Shot later
I left the bar after all of the DUers in Boston called it a night ~ and I thought I was the light weight

BlondieK has turned off her light and is fast asleep.

Looks like it's almost lights out time for tonight but I'm still awake

3. Boston is the WORST place to make a wrong turn...
been there and it seems that taxi's are DEF. the way to go, regardless of the drink count...

5. I never drink and drive no matter where I am.
I started taking cabs my second day in Boston and I'm not sorry. I've seen some beautiful neighborhoods that I would have missed on the T.

19. I didn't say that !
I'm still a light weight when it comes to drinking, I just sip a little for a long time.

So - I didn't drink anyone under the table. I just enjoyed a polite evening out with good friends.

Too bad they're lightweights.

Of course, if I were there, they'd all be lightweights.

20. we're all having lots of fun
sheesh ... I'm not drinking anyone under the table

But the folks who couldn't be here will be missed. I'm really bad at remembering real names but I'm enjoying putting the user names I know together with the faces I don't know yet.

My friends have known me as Freebird for many years before I started posting on the internet ~ they also know me as Joani Alpern - for those of you at DU that I will be meeting for the first time this weekend.
