Every once in a while you can catch someone broadcasting JPOP from Winamp via Shoutcast...

I have a pretty large JPOP collection, which I started around 1996. I'm lucky in that I live near a Kinokuniya Book Store that carries all this stuff (and will special-order anything in print for you).
