19. Neil wasn't so bad in the late 60's & early 70's.
He was almost a rock star then. And he did write one of Deep Purple's first hits ("Kentucky Woman") plus a few of the Monkees' songs. And Jack Black couldn't have saved Silverman without him, damn it. So Neil deserves semi-rock star status for all of the above. Though I'll admit he hasn't released any decent music in over 30 years.
