What would you call a service that'll come and clean all the junk,
trash, and recyclables out of your basement and garage? I'm looking in classifieds and I don't know where such a service would be, uh, classified. Any ideas for the apparently braindead?

1. Try "cleaning services"
or "Maids"; even if the maid service won';t hire anyone out to you, they may be able to recommend someone.

3. How about Hauling?
We have that here. Guys will come by and haul your junk away. I priced it once - a local guy with a pickup offered to haul away my junk for $150.00 per truckload. That was a little more than I was willing to pay, so I declined.

5. You might check Craig's List for that service too
I always see junk hauling on there as a service.

6. Professional Organizer?
I used one in the past, and she really helped me go through old stuff, organize it, then she knew where to take the stuff I didn't want, and arranged for it to get to its intended destination. I didn't have to take it there or anything.

7. I would try Hauling
We have a great local service here called Junk Boys - I don't know if they are a national chain or not, but they've been a life saver both at home and at the store. :hi:

8. W=9/11 cleanup all damning evidence company.
They will even help recycle the stuff to foreign countries. You may even get a few bogus burnt out passports yet still in pristine shape planted somewhere.

9. You may find that some low-end antique dealers will haul your stuff
away and pay you a nominal fee against the chance there's something valuable. This was the case in Philly 20 years ago when I was in the self-service storage biz. Check yellow pages ads for phrases like "Cash for your trash," "Your trash is my treasure," etc.
