OK, who here is the smartest (and willing to admit it)?
My first attempt at a copycat thread, so do me proud!














BTW, my own IQ is roughly 140, but I know I can't be the smartest!

I scored at a 160. But IQ tests are biased crap anyways, so who knows.

6. I never leave home without a tie, cravat, or bow-tie on
I wear jackets pretty much all of the time too (they're just so much more convenient to carry my wallet, mobile &c.), and my hair is never other than immaculate.

I suppose that this is moderately smart, I must admit that I tend not to dress for dinner on normal days though and haven't worn white-tie since my university graduation.

One of the most in touch people I even knew was a blithering idiot. Despite this she had the most amazing insite into the thinking of other people.

16. People who scored 150 to 180 twenty or so years ago...
are almost always dismayed to find that their scores go down considerably (like 20 or 30 points) on the more recent tests. IQ tests have been renormed, and the samples improved in size and quality, over the years. The newest and best-normed tests don't go any higher than 155. It really is meaningless to compare IQ scores taken at very different times.

17. Every time I take an IQ test I get more stoopid
First I was 133. Then I was 130. Then I was 127. I'm probably about 95 by now. Give me a couple of years and I'll be a freeper troll. :)

He admitted his low ACT score and mediocre grades in school at the Lincoln Museum dedication. I could do a better job than he does too.

29. Last time I had my IQ measured it was VERY high.
I don't like to talk about it or tell people the exact number because I'm afraid that they will think that I think I'm better than everyone else. I find it embarassing. When I was little, my parents used to go crazy telling everyone in sight about how smart I was. Needless to say, they were crushed when I told them I wasn't going to college.

Back to the thread. Am I the smartest person on DU? No. Probably not. Sorry about the rant. It's just that being very intellegent has been a mixed blessing for me.
