The fire dept was finishing up from attending to a previous accident. One fire truck was left on the highway and the car in front of me hit it, they must've been going 40-50 mph. I could tell that there were two passengers in the car and the fire truck couldn't access their equipment because of where the car hit the truck. The engine was smoking terribly. Fortunatelly a couple of fire trucks arrived a minute after this and started to try to get the two people out. Their car was demolished and I sure hope that they are okay. I got home and it was the lead story on the 10 pm news.
