Edison was a bit of a wanker, and lord knows, Chuck Berry had periods in his life when he was a real wanker, and people who knew Scott Armstrong well probably think he's got wanker in him, but for total, birth-to-present-day, oh-my-god-my-hand's-getting-tired wankerhood, the sine qua non of wankers, yes, of course, it has to be the current President of the United States, the so-called leader of the free world, and all-around putz, George W. Bush.

7. Visited Monterey Ca
to see the Godkids and their sprawn from France. Za's husband E. had never been to the States and was listening to CNN and Fox (although CNNI was available) a news report told of Bu$h 'leader of the free world'. E went bonkers. I told him that since Truman the U$ media has referred to the U$ prez as leader of the free world and that it has rubbed a lot of the world wrong for a long time.
